Enhancing Learning through Student Peer Feedback

Join us for an engaging webinar designed specifically for instructors who integrate group projects into their curricula. Jointly organised by lITS and CTE, this session will delve into the potential of student peer feedback in elevating learning outcomes and cultivating a more collaborative educational environment.

The session begins with an introduction to the concept of student peer feedback, outlining its benefits and the impact it can have on both individual and group learning. An overview of the Peer Evaluation tools in SMU will also be shared. In addition, you will hear firsthand from Pius Lee, Lecturer of Computer Science (scIS, who has successfully implemented the Peer and self Feedback System (PSFS). This tool empowers students to engage deeply in their own and their peers' learning experiences. You will then learn about key features of the PSFS, receive guidance on getting started and strategies for maximising the effectiveness of peer feedback in your classroom.

Don't miss this opportunity to discover how the PSFS can improve student feedback and enhance the overall educational experience.
