allows you to measure student performance on an assessment activity more objectively.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to elements and different types of Assessment Rubrics,
as well as key principles to its design as supported by educational research. Examples of
good practices and samples from SMU will also be shared.
You will then be guided through the setting up of Assessment Rubrics for your courses on eLearn,
followed by hands-on practice. You can look forward to picking up tips on how eLearn functions can
help you grade students’ assignments more effectively.
