Inquiry into discipline-specific student learning is a central element of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). Instructors may apply the findings of disciplinary SoTL studies to improve their teaching and learning practices or curriculum design.

In this Webinar, Associate Professor Yuanto Kusnadi (SOA) and Assistant Professor Darlene Machell Espena (CIS) will share their personal experiences with conducting SoTL in their disciplines. Yuanto and Darlene will also share how the discovery of the nexus between teaching and SoT led to their professional growth as a teacher, scholar and mentor.
